What is it worth? It is worth €2500 which equates to 3 days consultancy for a consultant to engage with the company and help them solve some issue.
There are a few rules though.
- You need to be a client of Enterprise Ireland, IDA or Udaras.
- You have to use one of their approved suppliers. Foodovate are one of those approved suppliers and you can access the list at www.leanbusinessireland.ie.
- You need to discuss the project with your EI Development Advisor prior to submitting an application.

- Management of people through a crisis – communicating/Handling issues

- Development of Innovative substitution strategies
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Developing rapid understanding of market requirements post crisis
- Sourcing alternative distribution channels and logistics
- Preparing for ramp up post crisis
